Girls Get Strong Cycling is a coaching company that addresses the needs of female cyclists. We have a position available for Cycle Camp Support to assist our riders and guides. The role is suited to someone highly proficient with bike mechanics, well organised and 

About the Role

• The role is suited to someone with a positive, outgoing and fun attitude

• The support will drive the support car during the rides for our camp and ensure they are ready and prepared with anything our riders might need during the rides. 

• The support will assist with the organisation and maintenance of bike before and after the rides.

• The support will be required to assist with any mechanical issues during the rides

• The support will be required to apply basic first aid to clients.

Requirements​

• You will have excellent navigational skills and knowledge of the roads of Mallorca 

• You will have a high level in organisational skills.

• You have a positive attitude and can adapt well to varied situations that respond to the needs of the clients . 

• You will be proficient in bike mechanics. 

• You will hold a valid first aid certificate.

• You will hold a valid manual drivers licence 

• You will be fluent in English, any other languages are a bonus

• You will be available to attend the camps in Mallorca on a self employed basis.
